I must admit that talking about festival, where you can’t be, is a little sad – really I don’t understand how Maxfer can do this so easily! But I have to write about one Polish music festival addressed to students, cause maybe it is last occasion – soon I will not be student anymore (I hope soon…) and this kind of events will be not so interesting for me ;) I think you know what is the most important on students parties – good fun and cheap tickets – that’s why Ursynalia Warsaw Student Festival is rich in various artist from all music styles, unknown bands playing rock, reggae etc. Tickets are also in very good price, so if you are able, you can go to Warsaw this weekend and have a good student party.

Below I share with you short selection of bands from the line up, bands which I like and which I want to see on live – but unfortunately not this time…

Boys don’t cry… but girls sometimes do. Especially when they can’t share music because of copyright law. Really, it is so frustrating! I am totally crazy now about new album from The National and I wanted to give you opportunity to listen the best songs from there but nothing on YouTube, no possibility to legal listening (ok, there is one on iTunes, but come on…;) That’s why today I will play for you something completely different.

I heard about this band earlier but never listen. This weekend in world of the National music I was like a frightened rabbit – getting away from new sounds which attacked me from all sides, almost shouting: don’t give me anything new, I want to listen only “Trouble Will Find Me”! But when I read some music recommendation from my beloved Editors I never say no. So I quitted the National heaven for a while and now I don’t regret. I hope you will like it too, enjoy!

Yes, you have right, I´ve started my post talking in french because is the language of the band for today,
I am talking about Exsonvaldes band from Paris that was born in 2001.
Is my mind or I continue listening some similar sounds with The cure in this songs too? Maybe maybe it´s a signal for the next post because boys don´t cry.

Today post I want to dedicate to all disco managers... cause maybe some of them need new dj in a discotheque. I am ready for making a good party, really! Ask also Maxfer, I think he has some sets ready for play. That's why today song from me will be not so guitar music like always.  
Waylayers is a British band compounded from Harry Lee (vocals, synths), Dave Norman (bass) and Joe Andrew​ (guitar). They create music described as "atmospheric pop" - this is something like a mix of electronic, disco and indie-rock music. I like this kind of music mixtures :) What about voice of Harry Lee... Don't you think it sounds like Chris Martin from Coldplay? I like it too :) So lets listen to Waylayers - S.O.S and have a good day!

Does anyone remember this Scottish band? It is almost 15 years from the time when they was so popular and every radiostation was playing their music. You know for sure such big hits like "Sing" or "Why does it always rain on me". But... did you know that this video was filmed in Warsaw?

New album - 19th May 2013 - and I think it is worth of waiting for cause new single "Where you stand" sounds really great. I'm looking on Fran Healy (singer) grey hair and thinking... good that Travis is so long in my music world!

Hola a todos, hello everybody! Maxfer mentioned about Polish radio stations, so I want to continue this topic. There is one Polish radio which I listen all the time and for sure it has an influence on my music taste. This  is Eska Rock. I recommend you especially programmes at 9 pm from monday to friday - good radio djs play really good music. My favorite show is programme from monday - "Poduszkowiec" - it always gives me some song, which is on my playlist during whole week. This time I am infected by Miike Snow - Swedish indie pop band and its "A horse is not a home" - song from 2009 but still good :) enjoy!

Is it midnight? Yes! Is it a new day in a calendar? Yes! Is it my turn to write a post? Yeeeeeeeeees! So I can't wait till morning, I simply can't... Some say:

But how to stay calm, when my beloved Editors turns back after four years? What more, it was really long and hard journey for them, because their guitar player, Chris Urbanowicz, left the band. Now with a new crew, with new ideas, I hope they are stronger and better.

And yes... New song is truly amazing! Maybe my opinion is subjective... but I can bet that you have the same with some music, some bands, some voices, when you hear some sounds and feel so good - so good that you can listen it on and on. Tell me that I am not only one in my music madness ;)

Yeah... My post today is completely unprofessional (some haters would say: like whole blog ;)) But who cares!! Editors are back!!

During last weekend with my mind in Sos4.8 I had time also to listen normal radio, and... good choice because i could listen the new track of Empire of the Sun.
I have to admit that from them only I've listened one single "We are the people",  Big hit that for sure everybody remember, in my opinion this new song also will be in the top list in UK for sure, so why not try a little listen them while Togama prepare the post for tomorrow and me about how was the Sos4.8 festival.

Hello! Unfortunately I don't have any jokes to share with you, maybe because of yesterday's weather - was raining a lot and I couldn't cut the grass, so inspiration didn't come... Today sun is shining and it starts to be hot outside, so read my post quickly and go somewhere, get more nacked and enjoy the spring :)
But first listen... Maxfer's post inspired me to check one band from SOS4.8 list. Name of this group is so interesting and the same is with their music. Kakkmaddafakka is Norwegian indie rock band, quite new, so not a lot songs they have. Listen this one about Kakkmaddafakka's dream and tell me, what dreams did you have recently? I know somehow that Maxfer had one interesting dream, so maybe in next post... :)

While Togama is spending time inventing news jokes cuting the grass, the second day to talk about Sos 4.8 has come. How you remember this weekend will be in Murcia the first festival in the festivals agenda. I envy now all my friends that are going, but this year I can't go again, like the last year when I was in Krakow.
